Children's Church
In Sunday school we focus on whatever passage the Pastor is preaching on in church. Our objective is to explain the meaning of the passage and how it applies to our lives as we live out our faith. We try to keep it as simple as possible and use examples the children can relate to. We are planting seeds that will blossom into a deeper relationship with Christ.
One standard children’s bible is used so they all see the same translation (NIV Adventure Bible). Bibles are provided for any child who does not have one. Flash cards from previous lessons are used as a reminder of bible truths already covered. We use this as a reminder and a friendly competition for the children. We have small prizes and treats as rewards for their efforts.
Children's church begins following the children’s time, and we have between 15 and 20 minutes with the kids. All children are welcome.
